Refunds

No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes.

Cancellations

All Group and duet classes are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. 

All Private classes are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. 

Sessions must be canceled within the specified timeframes mentioned above. In any other case, the session will be charged and deducted from the Client's course. 

Refunds, reduced rates or credit will not be offered under these circumstances.

If, due to holidays or other commitments, you are unable to attend a lesson and cancel before the notice period has expired, no refunds, reduced rates or credit will be offered. 

However, you may make up the session at your convenience provided alternative spaces are available.

• Group monthly blocks within the same month of purchase.
• Single sessions (pay as you go) and Private single sessions have a 28-day expiry period from the original point of purchase.
• Private bulk buy sessions have a 35-day expiry period from the original point of purchase.

Transfers

Group and private classes are sold in single units or monthly blocks. The Client is not permitted to transfer sessions to any other person or allow them to be used by anyone other than the Client.

Payment Policy for Monthly block options

All monthly block options require payment in advance at the start of each month, regardless of attendance, if you wish to secure your place in your selected class. 

In the event of missing a lesson due to illness, personal commitments, vacation, or any other reason, payment is still expected to maintain your spot in your chosen class.

Replacement classes for missed lessons are subject to my 24-hour cancellation policy and availability. 

Responsibility for making up missed classes rests with the student, not the teacher. 

Replacement classes for the monthly block option will only be provided for the same month as the missed lesson; they are not transferable to subsequent months. In instances where no replacement classes are accessible for the same month, credit will not be provided for the missed session nor will credit be applied towards future monthly block purchases.

Monthly block options will be offered out first before single classes are opened up for purchase.

Payment Policy on Single (Pay as you go) and Private's sessions

All Single sessions or Private class options require payment at the time of booking to secure your place in your selected class. 

In the event of missing a lesson due to illness, personal commitments, vacation, or any other reason, a replacement class will be offered, subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy for a Single session (Pay as you go) and 48-hour cancellation policy for Private session, and subject to availability.

Before single sessions are opened up for purchase monthly block options will be offered out first.
