"I have been doing mat pilates with Marie for several years now. I started when I had a recurring shoulder/back injury that caused considerable pain. I have found Marie’s classes have helped immensely. As well as strengthen my body, particularly the core, they also increase mobility. The exercises really help release tension in my shoulder area and I rarely get the injury flare ups now. If I do, Pilates sets it straight pretty quickly. "I started attending 1:1 reformer session with Marie and WOW. I have been doing reformer for a number of years but it's only since i found Marie have i been taught the correct method. Her class is always different each week where i learn another new line of exercises, it's great to share in her knowledge. She always gives the names of the exercises and where I'm meant to be engaging and feeling it. She breaks down the exercises into small parts then starts to layer it. I have seen and felt the huge difference in my practise since training with Marie. "I have been going to Marie's matwork classes for 8 years and absolutely love them. Her classes are challenging but inclusive of different levels. She always gives options as she up's the exercises to either stay with that level or to take it up a notch. I also love the fact that Marie takes the time to explain the movement, where we are suppose to feel it. My favourite classes are when she goes through with us the 34 exercises by Joseph pilates, not that i can do some of them well, but again she does offer alternatives and i do try. We all have a great laugh attempting some of the more challenging ones. I just love Marie's classes and how i feel after."

"I started doing Pilates with Marie over six years ago and I am so happy that I did! I feel that my flexibility, core strength and balance have improved enormously. Marie is very knowledgeable and will always adapt the exercises to your abilities by giving you different alternatives - so if you want to push yourself that little bit harder you can. She always pays attention at each individual and corrects you or makes amendments when necessary.
She offers a safe, comfortable and cosy environment and her classes are always enjoyable.
