Matwork Classes
Weekly Matwork classes run at the following times:
Monday evening
19:30
Wednesday evening
19:00
These classes run as part of the regular weekly timetable, subject to occasional changes or cancellations.
Semi- Private Sessions (2:1)
Semi-private sessions are for two clients and are arranged according to current availability. Session times may vary depending on client requirements and availability.
Private Sessions (1:1)
Private sessions are available by appointment and are subject to availability.

Session times are not confirmed until your booking has been accepted by the Studio.
