Refunds and Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS

All bookings are non-refundable. Refunds or credits will not be provided for missed sessions except where required by law.

CANCELLATIONS

Matwork Classes and semi-private sessions.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a Matwork class or Semi-Private session.

Private (1:1) Sessions

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel a Private session.

If you cancel within the required notice period, replacement sessions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If no suitable replacement session is available, the missed session will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be given.

Cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in the session being forfeited. The session will be deducted from your package or booking, and no replacement session, refund or credit will be provided.

As your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, refunds, credits or reduced rates cannot be offered for late cancellations or missed sessions.

Planned holidays, work commitments and personal engagements remain subject to the same cancellation policy.

SESSION VALIDITY

Monthly bookings are valid only for the month in which they are purchased.
Single Matwork and Semi-Private sessions (Pay As You Go) are valid for 28 days from the date of purchase.
Single Private (1:1) sessions are valid for 28 days from the date of purchase.
Private Block of 4 sessions must be used within 35 days of the date of purchase.

TRANSFERS

Sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the client for whom they are booked.

MONTHLY BOOKINGS

Monthly bookings are designed for clients who wish to reserve the same session each week on an ongoing basis.

Payment is required in advance at the beginning of each month to secure your place.

Reserved weekly places are available only to clients booking on the monthly payment option. If you choose not to renew your monthly booking, your reserved place will be released and cannot be guaranteed for future weeks. Pay As You Go sessions are offered subject to availability only.

Your reserved space is held exclusively for you, regardless of attendance. If you are unable to attend due to illness, holidays, work commitments or any other reason, payment remains payable in order to retain your regular place.

Where the required notice has been given, I will always do my best to offer a replacement session. Replacement sessions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If no suitable replacement session is available within the same calendar month, the missed session will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be given.

Replacement sessions cannot be carried forward into future months and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused sessions.

Priority booking is always given to clients with regular monthly bookings before any remaining availability is released as Pay As You Go sessions.

A reserved weekly place cannot be held for clients choosing to book on a Pay As You Go basis.

PAY AS YOU GO AND PRIVATE SESSIONS

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session.

Private Block of 4 packages may only be renewed once the current package has been completed or has reached its 35-day expiry period.

New packages are charged at the price in effect at the time of renewal.

Please let me know if you are unable to attend your session, as this may allow another client the opportunity to book the space.

IF I NEED TO CANCEL

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, an alternative appointment will be offered. If this is not possible, credit or refund for that session will be provided.
