Choose from private (1:1) or semi-private (2:1) sessions, individually planned to help you move better, build strength and achieve your personal goals. Sessions may incorporate the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and other small equipment to provide variety, challenge and progression.

Matwork Classes (Holy Trinity church hall)
Join a friendly and welcoming matwork class at Holy Trinity Church Hall in Winchmore Hill. Suitable for all levels, these small group classes focus on improving strength, mobility, posture and overall wellbeing in a supportive environment.
I have been attending Pilates sessions weekly with Marie for many years. I thoroughly enjoy the sessions and Marie is great at balancing a proper workout with having fun as well. She is clearly very knowledgeable and a devotee of Pilates but takes the time to get to know everyone so sessions can be personalised.
